Dates:

• Rolling submission open date: July 15, 2026
• Phase I deadline (to be considered in Year 1 annual cycle): January 14, 2027
• Phase II submissions: Rolling, at any point during the annual proposal cycle that satisfies all of the following conditions:

1. Approved Phase I
2. Formal offer letter extended to candidate(s)
3. At least 45 days remain in the funding year

• Phase II submission deadline: Within 90 days of the date of the formal offer letter
• Advisory Board review target: Within 45 days of Phase I or 14 days of Phase II proposal receipt
• Fund Award Agreement execution deadline: Within 60 days of award notification (i.e., Phase II approval)

Anticipated Awards: One funded proposal per participating university per submission cycle
